Petitioning God for Wisdom of Witty Inventions.

Where does the inspiration for a world changing invention come from? If we seek and ask of God for revelation of a new idea or product, the bible says “Ask of me and I shall give thee nations for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.” (Psalms 2:8)

With the recent American election results showing a possible change in foreign energy dependence,  one Pastor Lance Wallnau prophesied that new technologies and inventions would now start to come forth from the Kingdom of God.

“There is energy resources, oil and energy, that Donald Trump is going to tap into. There will be discoveries in technology, new discoveries, that under his anointing as a Cyrus, entrepreneurs, inventors and creators will discover new technology, new industries and new applications to create the necessary job infrastructure for America.”- Lance Wallnau

The bible tells us in Proverbs 8:1 “I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.”   Over the centuries many scientists, inventors, and discoverers have petitioned God to find knowledge of witty inventions. God has revealed the wonders of his kingdom through his children in many ways.  Here are just a few examples of some of the witty inventions that have changed our world for the better.

George Washington Carver and the Peanut

George Washington Carver was a black man born to slave parents in 1864. Carver went on to become one of the most prominent scientists and inventors of his time, as well as a teacher at the Tuskegee Institute.  He is best known for his work creating more than 300 peanut products, 75 pecan products, and 118 sweet potato products. Carver said that he would go into his laboratory, which he called “God’s little workshop”. He would shut the door, and then God would lift the veil and show him everything he needed to see.  When asked later on how he knew what to do, he said the bible told him. When asked, “The bible told you about the peanut?” He replied, “The bible told me about the one who made the peanut”.  His chemical discoveries earned millions for the south and he was referred to as “a man’s slave who became God’s scientist”.

The Wrights Brothers

Wilbur and Orville Wright were devout, bible-believing Christians who drew inspiration from God’s world by carefully studying bird flight when they designed their plane. They also studied God’s Word while making their great discoveries. They are known for flying the first heavier than air machine, which defies the “laws of aerodynamics”.  It is because of their witty invention that millions of people fly all around the world today. However, it is worth noting that the Wrights brothers were flying in their planes for 4 full years while skeptics stood on the ground watching with their own eyes while insisting that it was a hoax.

Isaac Newton

Isaac Newton (1642-1727) discovered the law of gravitation, formulated the basic laws of motion, developed calculus, and analyzed the nature of white light. Behind all his science was the conviction that God made the universe with a mathematical structure and He gifted human beings’ minds to understand that structure. Gravity itself was an active principle God used to impose order on the world. Seeking to understand God’s methods, Newton developed formulas for specific phenomena such as ocean tides, paths of comets, and the succession of the equinoxes.

James Simpson and Anesthesiology

James Simpson (1811-1879) discovered chloroform and laid the foundation for anesthesiology.  It is hard to imagine what the medical world of surgery today would be like if it were not for his discovery.

His motivation to perform the research leading to this discovery was a fascination in the book of Genesis with Adam’s deep sleep during the time in which Eve was fashioned from his side. He said his biggest discovery was finding Jesus Christ as Savior.

About Hope Girl

Hope Girl is an American expat living in Morocco where she runs several online businesses and a community center for local impoverished women and children. She holds an MBA and comes from a diverse background. In 2012 she became a whistleblower against corporate corruption and left the corporate world to start her own alternative blog and online business venture. This led her down a rabbit hole of discovery into the world of conspiracy theories, free energy, and the new age movement. Hope and her engineering family open-sourced a Tesla Inspired Free Energy Generator in March of 2014. More than 250,000 people have downloaded the free generator plans and at least 100 machines are being built and developed in private workshops in 40 countries. She and her family run an online engineering academy to help teach engineers about this suppressed technology. As with any field that disrupts the current power structure, this work has brought with it a lot of opposition and persecution. However, Hope and her family view this work as their assignment from the most high God, who continues to provide assistance and revelation to the project, just as he did with Noah when he was building the ark. After being exposed to some of the darker forces in the new age movement, she came back home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. While living abroad, she and her family practice “home churching” through Living Word Ministries online. She found the God in a Nutshell project through Trey Smith’s movies on Youtube and she is honored and humbled to serve the readers of the God in a Nutshell Project by offering articles covering free energy topics and also shedding light on the new age deception, from her personal experiences and through a Christian perspective. Interesting as I never thought of inventions in that light. Don’t know why I didn’t?
